From early childhood, Lynn knew she knew things; receiving insights before she had language to explain them. Instead of suppressing it, she chose to follow it. That choice became her life's mission.

In 1996, she founded Intuitive Development, the organization that grew into the Center for Intuitive Education. Nearly three decades later, her work has reached thousands worldwide through live events, coaching, and the signature ID Blueprint™ Curriculum.

Lynn teaches with clarity, conviction, and zero apology. She quickly identifies core issues and delivers practical tools to clear negative patterns in every area of life.

With over 30 years of experience, Lynn has helped thousands of individuals, professionals, and organizations break unconscious patterns and access the inner wisdom they already have. She founded the Center for Intuitive Education in 1996 on one unshakeable belief, that intuition is not a gift, it is a human ability available to everyone. Her presence is unmistakable: direct, conviction-driven, and completely unapologetic about the depth of this work. When Lynn is in the room, things move.

Malia Battilana

Executive Integrator

Malia has been the quiet force behind the Center for Intuitive Education for 15 years. As Executive Integrator and operations expert, she keeps every moving part in motion; from Lynn's podcast appearances and speaking engagements to partner relationships and executive support. She knows the ID Blueprint™ deeply and brings a calm, grounded presence to everything she touches. Softly direct and endlessly capable.

Kimberly Smith

Operations Director & Customer Care Specialist

Kimberly brings 34 years of operations, systems, and leadership experience to the Center for Intuitive Education. As Operations Director and Customer Care Specialist she is the person who turns complexity into clarity: managing the tech, the team, the projects, and the people who reach out to us every day. She found the ID Blueprint™ work because she has always known that intuition is not a bonus skill. It is the foundation of everything.

Lana Wiley

Financial Controller

With 20 years at the Center for Intuitive Education, Lana knows this work from the inside out. As Financial Controller she brings the same directness to the numbers that Lynn brings to the work itself, precise, grounded, and never one to waste your time. She holds her own ID Blueprint™ and lives it with the same commitment the entire CIE team brings to everything they do.

Corey Robinson

Director of Sales Enablement

Corey has been with the Center for Intuitive Education for 15 years and brings the same directness to sales enablement that Lynn brings to the work itself. She knows the ID Blueprint™ deeply and lives it; using it to guide people, read situations, and show up with the kind of intuitive clarity that makes her exceptional at what she does. Chase is the technical mind behind the Center for Intuitive Education. As IT Director and website developer he brings the ID Blueprint™ to life in its most tangible form- the printable blueprint each student walks away with. In his three years with CIE he has become an essential part of the team, bringing a quiet, grounded energy and a fresh perspective that the whole organization feels. Faith-driven, detail-oriented, and exactly who you want building the infrastructure behind work this important.

Lisa McGovern

Lisa has been in this work since the beginning and knows the ID Blueprint™ as deeply as anyone. As co-founder and Lynn's sister and a foundational part of the Center for Intuitive Education, she has spent decades living this curriculum, teaching it, and watching it change lives from the inside out. She brings the same bold, direct approach to everything she does — no sugarcoating, no shortcuts, no softening the truth to make it easier to hear. Just real tools, real conversations, and real results. Lisa has her own ID Blueprint™ and lives it with the same conviction she brings to every person she works with. Annette Pingitore

Lead Trainer

Annette is the Lead ID Blueprint™ Certified Trainer at the Center for Intuitive Education and has been with CIE for 15 years. She brings a warmth and depth to this work that students feel the moment they step into her space. Outgoing, grounded, and deeply wise, she holds the curriculum with the same conviction it was built on and delivers it in a way that meets people exactly where they are.

Karin O'Donnell

Trainer

Karin is a Certified ID Blueprint™ Trainer and a long-time supporter of Lynn and the Center for Intuitive Education. She brings a quiet, calm presence to this work that creates an immediate sense of safety for the people she works with.
